Developed by Manny Bernholz starting in the early 1970s, Walden has won several awards for design. It is a conglomerate of 15 condo associations with 529 units, plus a home owners association with 88 individual homes that are all part of a larger group, the Walden Association. Each sub-association has its own bylaws and officers, and a representative on the Walden Association Board.
