• The Association
  • The 89 single family homes in Walden are managed by the Walden Association, the HOA leadership, and the Walden Association legally recorded documents.
  • The homes are located on dedicated streets which are the responsibility of the City of Aurora.

• The Single-Family Home Advisory Board consist of 5 Volunteers. They work with the Walden Association Executive Committee on community issues, business-related projects, tasks, and common area concerns. One member is a Trustee on the Walden Association Board.
• The Advisory Board is responsible for the communication which defines the single-family homeowner culture, new owner orientation and short- and long- term community improvement plans.
• Rentals are not permitted in the single-family home area. Single Family homeowners are not permitted to rent their homes. Article XI section 1 of the Walden Association documents reads as follows… “No dwelling designed and intended for single family purpose may be rented to students, boarders, or others and shall be used only for single family purposes.”
